Registration for the Articleship Training

Registration Fees for Articleships

You must submit Form 103 and the Rs. 2000 articleship registration fee by demand draft. You don’t need to pay the fees if they paid the fees during registration.

Fees for late submission

If the Article fails to submit Form 103 within 30 days, they must include a letter explaining the delay in addition to Form 103.

The article must pay the late fees and the application letter. Students who submit their documents beyond the deadline will be charged a late fee of Rs. 100, Rs. 300, and Rs. 1000, depending on how much time has passed.

In general, the ICAI accepts the letter of condolence for delay without asking any questions. However, in some circumstances, ICAI may conduct some investigation if your letter appears to be questionable.

In certain circumstances, you are required to present paperwork, including attendance records and the original Article Deed (Form 102) that must be executed on a Non-Judicial Stamp and properly signed. The ICAI may also request your work log, stipend information, or bank account information and a statement.
